神经退行性疾病的表观调控基础

研究兴趣

  表观遗传调控涉及到机体诸多生命过程和疾病的发生发展,而与衰老相关的神经退行性疾病的发生发展过程中,表观调控失调是如何发挥影响作用?以及作用机制如何?目前仍不完全清楚。我的研究兴趣是利用神经生物学、分子生物学和生物信息学方法手段,结合疾病动物模型,从表观遗传调控基础的研究点出发,开展与神经退行性疾病和脑老化相关的非编码RNAs(lncRNAs 和circRNAs)、以及DNA甲基化和去甲基化等表观遗传调控的变化特征、调控作用及分子机制。
